2. Description of Services
DustOffy Professional Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Regular house cleaning and maintenance
- Deep cleaning and sanitization services
- Post-construction cleanup
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Office and commercial space cleaning
- Window cleaning and maintenance
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Disinfection and health sanitization services
All services are performed by trained and insured cleaning professionals using eco-friendly products and professional-grade equipment.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
By using our Website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or booking services
- Ensure access to the premises at the agreed-upon time for service appointments
- Secure or remove valuable items, personal documents, and fragile items before our arrival
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any appointment changes or cancellations
- Pay for services as agreed upon and specified in your service agreement
- Treat our cleaning staff with respect and provide a safe working environment
- Not use our Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
4. Booking and Scheduling
All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our Website, phone, or in-person consultation. We operate Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Appointment Requirements:
- Minimum 24-hour notice required for bookings and changes
- Emergency or same-day services subject to availability and additional fees
- Recurring services can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
- Clients must be present during first service appointment for property walkthrough
- Access arrangements must be confirmed 24 hours before service
We reserve the right to refuse service to properties that pose safety hazards to our staff.
5. Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
- Recurring clients may arrange monthly billing with net 15 payment terms
- Returned check fees of ₱500 will be charged for bounced payments
- Late payment charges of 2% per month will be applied to overdue accounts
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of estimation
For commercial accounts exceeding ₱50,000, we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due upon completion of service.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee
- Weather-related cancellations for exterior services will be rescheduled at no additional cost
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to safety concerns or hazardous conditions
Refund Policy:
- Client satisfaction is our priority - we will return to re-clean any areas within 48 hours if not satisfied
- Refunds for services not performed will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to future services
- Service credits expire 6 months from the date of issue
To request a refund or service adjustment, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of service completion.
7. Liability and Insurance
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance covering:
- Property damage up to ₱2,000,000 per incident
- Personal injury to our staff or third parties
- Professional cleaning services liability
- Equipment and tools coverage
Our liability is limited to the direct cost of replacement or repair of damaged property. We are not responsible for:
- Damage to fragile, antique, or improperly maintained items
- Stains or damage that were pre-existing or occurred before our service
- Items left unsealed or in areas inaccessible for proper cleaning
- Loss or damage of items not properly secured or identified
- Normal wear and tear of surfaces, carpets, and furnishings
Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.

- Special arrangements for service outside standard coverage areas
Travel surcharges may apply for locations beyond 15 kilometers from our main office. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.
13. Emergency Services and Special Situations
We offer emergency cleaning services for urgent situations including:
- Post-flood or water damage cleanup
- Biohazard and deep sanitization services
- Emergency disinfection for health concerns
- Urgent move-out cleaning for real estate transactions
- Event cleanup and preparation services
Emergency services are available 24/7 with:
- Additional surcharge of 50-100% of standard rates
- Minimum 2-hour service commitment
- Immediate response within 2-4 hours of request

15. Termination

- Service termination does not relieve payment obligations for completed work
- Unpaid balances may be referred to collection agencies
- Access to the Website may be suspended for Terms violations
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and access to our Website and services will be revoked.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Website and services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties

- Arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center
